One of the suggestions for blog postings was “the next recipe you are going to tackle”. And fortunately for me, this is an easy one because I just so happened to have picked a new recipe to try out tomorrow for Christmas Baking Day: Marshmallow Puff Tartlets.
And just to be different, I’m going to make half of them with jam, as shown in that picture and half with caramel. Because it’s Christmas and therefore sugar and butter should be mixed together at every opportunity.
