Christmas Baking 2013 was a success!
We baked a grand total of 9 things:
- Chinese almond cookies
- Jan Hangel cookies
- flaxseed crackers
- marshmallow puff tartlets – which I renamed Hufflepuffs
- mocha nut butterballs
- Turtle bars
- white chocolate & macadamia nut cookies

The recipe was called “Marshmallow Puff Tartlets”1, but I kept calling them Poofy Puffs, before finally deciding they should be called Hufflepuffs
