NaBloPoMo – Day 10 – New Foods I Made This Year #2 and #3
The next two foods that I made in 2020, that I’d never made before, were:
- a pistachio-walnut coffeecake
- a gluten-free coffeecake
The former was from a recipe that my mom gave me – she’d made it at Christmas and it was so delicious, I had to make some to bring to my office. This was back in the Before Times, when I worked in an office with other humans and we could do things like share food. The latter I made because one of the people on my work team at the time does not eat gluten and I wanted to make sure she had something that she could eat too.
Apparently I took a couple of photos of while making the pistachio-walnut coffeecake, but neglected to take a photo of the actual coffeecakes. Rest assured, they were delicious.
