On the first day of donating…
This year has been hard for everyone and some people and organizations have been hit harder than others. I’ve been extremely fortunate that I’ve been able to keep my job throughout the pandemic and that I have a safe, warm place to sleep every night – and to shelter in when pandemic responses calls for us to “stay home”. For this year’s 12 days of giving, I’m trying to think of organizations that are doing really important work to support.
Just like last year, I’m starting with Purpose Society.
The Lower Mainland Purpose Society for Youth and Families is “a community-based multi-service organization that delivers a continuum of programs to children, youth and families.”

They do awesome things for our community and I’m happy to be able to support them.
