Still Internet-less
So this will be yet another micro blog posting as I am still without Internet connectivity and I’m pecking this blog posting out on my iPhone. The Telus guy was supposed to hook me up today but he said that the people at the office hooked me up to the wrong doohickey and he asked them to fix it but they didn’t fix it right so he asked them to fix it again and now it’s fixed but oh, look at the time my shift is over, I’ll have to come tomorrow evening to install the jack. So even though tomorrow is the big Canada v. Russia hockey game that I would really like to be watching, thank you very much, instead I’ll be yet again listening to the hockey game on the radio as I wait for Telus to give me my Internets. I hate being being held hostage by Telus!
And now I go outside to try to get some cell reception so I can post this.

There is always Shaw. I have never like telus internet ever. Shaw has way better customer service too!
I have to concur–in Vancouver, DSL is shit compared to cable. I would have gone with cable no question.
I've heard complaints about Shaw too though and I didn't have any trouble with my Telus Internet for the several years I've had it (Telus cell phone service – totally different story). Just the getting it set up that's a problem.
Wow okay… I had Shaw downtown from 2000 to 2005 and then Telus in the basement suite and the Telus was awful compared to the Shaw.
What did you have in the downtown place after the basement suite? Was it that downtown-only Internet company?
Yes… Novus! If you EVER have a chance to have them, GET THEM! SOOOOOOO good.
I'll need to save my pennies so I can afford a place downtown! As I doubt Novus will be coming to Surrey!
I suppose to be fair they might wire some of the new towers in crackden Whalley–oops I mean "Central City." đŸ˜‰
