Still Looking
Just more than a year ago, Wendy Ladner-Beaudry was found murdered in the forest by UBC. They still haven’t figured out who killed her. On the radio yesterday, the police were talking about a YouTube video they’d produced to try to help generate more leads in the case. They are hoping that people will watch it and perhaps it will jog someone’s memory and someone will come forward with information that will help them in the case. So I thought I’d pass that video along here:

I didn’t know Ms. Ladner-Beaudry, but I think of her often when I go out for a run. I really hope that they find the person who did this, both so her family and friends can have some closure and so people can feel safe to go run those trails again.
