I won! I won! I won! I won!
I never win stuff. Well, until now.
I won Raul’s contest for a trip for romantic 3-hour snowshoeing and chocolate fondue tour at Cypress Mountain on February 25! I’ve never been snowshoeing before! I’m super stoked! But there is one snag in my wonderful contest win – I just found out that my Valentine is out of town on the 25th! D’oh!
But never fear, I’m sure I can find someone who wants to go on snowshoeing with me and who won’t be out of town. (Funnily enough, the first person I thought of was my skiing/boarding buddy, Rachel. But Rachel is also out of town that week.)

Damn…I would totally be your valentine…and I haven’t been snowshoeing all year…I’m sure you’ll find someone. I’ll be in ON missing fun snow and cursing everyday, jump over a snowbank to get on the bus snow.
