So the other day I read over on Duane’s blog that today is the International Day of the Nacho. And he commanded everyone who read the blog posting to each nachos for dinner tonight – and who am I to argue with that?
So I put some brightly coloured nachos1 on a cookie sheet:
And cooked them up with some refried beans and cheese2
And while they cooked, I chopped up some veggies and made some guac3:
- brightly coloured means they are more healthy, right? [↩]
- which I “grated” with my Magic Bullet blender. Which made it more like cheese mush than grated cheese, but I figured since I was melting it, it wasn’t all that critical [↩]
- into which I put too much lemon juice and not enough garlic. *kicks self* [↩]
