At dinner tonight:

Madeline: If you had a bunny, what would you name it?

Me: Um, Hoppy? Or maybe Fluffy? ((I am notoriously bad at naming things, for the record.)) What would you name a bunny if you had one?

Madeline: I would name it Bobby Orr.

For the record, my sister and Jeff do not watch hockey – ever. My dad’s never mentioned Bobby Orr to her and neither have I. No one has any idea where my niece heard that name!
