Scrabble For Charity!

My friend Heather – a.k.a., my beautiful and talented hockey linemate – is participating in a fundraiser that you should totally donate to!

Good Words for Africa is a event being run to support the Stephen Lewis Foundation, which “supports community-based organizations that are turning the tide of HIV and AIDS in sub-Saharan Africa.”  Heather and her mom will be playing Scrabble! Scrabble and charity – what’s not to like? And you can donate here.

Novemeber 7, October 19 2011 from 1-4 pm at Douglas College in New Westminster.  Be there or be square!
